Budget Office
The Budget Office oversees the development, analysis, control, and maintenance of budgets and budget systems for all University of Mississippi divisions. The office delivers operational support to the university through the oversight and analysis of departmental budget activity, coordinating changes as needed.
Additional responsibilities of the office include:
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation and submission of the university’s annual operating budget.
- Prepare and submit the annual Legislative Budget Request.
- Prepare reports of budget activity as required by the IHL Board and Legislative Budget Office, including expenditure certifications and revisions to the annual budgets.
- Provide analysis, forecasts, and reports for budgetary planning.
